Bihar Staff Selection Commission is going to conduct the Written Exam for the Graduate level Jobs in the Upcoming days. The examination will be conducted for the posts of Sachivalay Sahayak, Auditor and a few more designations. It is yet to decide if there will be a preliminary exam or not as the commission had mentioned that it will conduct the prelims exam if the number of applications reaches beyond 40000.

Although it is pretty obvious that the recruitments in Bihar see more applicants than these numbers. Thus, it can be assumed that there will be a preliminary exam for the BSSC CGL Posts. The schedule for the same would be announced very soon by the BSSC on the official website mentioned above.

To appear in the Preliminary Exam, the candidates who had submitted their applications online successfully will need to download the BSSC CGL 2022 Admit Card online.

The link to download the Bihar 3rd CGL Exam Admit Card will be provided by the commission at least 10 days before the examination. The candidates will need to enter the registration number and password on the link provided to log in and download the admit card.

Update on Exam Date

BSSC has announced the examination schedule for the 3rd Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination. The Preliminary Exam will be conducted on 23 and 24 December at major district headquarters in the state.

Recruitment for 3rd Graduate Level Posts was announced in April 2022. Recruitment is being conducted for the 2187 Vacancies. The selection of the candidates will be decided after several phases of qualifications.

The commission has clearly stated that there will be a preliminary examination if it receives more than 40000 applications. If this happens, in the first phase candidates will be appearing for the prelims. Only the 5 times candidates will be declared qualified for the main exam based on their performance in the preliminary examination.

BSSC CGL Paper Pattern & Exam Scheme

The BSSC has declared the Exam Scheme and Paper Pattern for the Preliminary Examination in the final notification. The candidates concerned can prepare themselves for this exam accordingly.

• The examination will be conducted offline on OMR Sheets.
• The questions shall be of MCQ type.
• The question paper will carry 150 Questions.
• Each correct answer will carry 4 Marks.
• There will be a deduction of 1/4th Mark (i.e. 1 mark) for each incorrect answer.
• Candidates will get 2 hours and 15 minutes to solve the paper.

A candidate will need to score cut-off marks to stand eligible for the qualification for the main examination. The commission has already mentioned the minimum qualifying score for the main exam as below.

OBC –36.5%

SC –34%

ST –32%

BSSC CGL 2022 Sachivalay Sahayk Admit Card Download Details

The candidates should be aware that the commission doesn’t send the admit card by post these days. The BSSC has opted for a complete online system for the recruitments. Therefore the admit cards would be released online to all the concerned candidates.

The candidates will need to open the official website and download the admit card using their registration credentials. Once the BSSc CGL Admit Card is downloaded, it must be printed on a4 size paper and all the information printed on it should be visible clearly.

While appearing in the exam, the concerned candidates need to bring the online printed admit card and a photo ID card along with them. without an ID card, the candidates might get barred from appearing in the exam.
